They do sound lovely, got the arrow end cans on the striple, and they appear to have 'lost' the baffles, sounds glorious 
As for the Gripes, I never found the Daytona too bad with just the standard screen, but maybe I'm just used to small bikes coming from the VFR400, I was told that the double bubble made it a lot better though...
Second gripe, considered a tank bag? I picked up the Triumph one off the oc forums for £40 and it's great, not quite sure how well it would work on the Daytona though due to the different seating position, still far far nicer than a backpack
