Yes Please Gibbo! (New Seagate Laptop Drives)

They've finally been release 'Worldwide' and I've seen the 100Gb one on offer for £80 (not in stock ) Please, please, please tell me OcUK are going to get some of the new Seagate Momentus 7200.2 laptop drives in. They are truely awesome:

Operating shock: 300 Gs

While I have to admire their style and forethought, I am a little worried that they think I need a drive capable of withstanding 300G shock while operating.

G-Force Protection
protects the hard drive against shock by sensing
when the system is in a free-fall state, moving the
heads off the platter and locking them in place.

I guess that's a no-no for the Space Shuttle then
