Hi

My contract on o2 runs out very soon and I think I gonna demand a N95 8gb black on my current tariff which gets me 250 text, and 170 cross network calls for 25 pounds a month for a 12 month period only; else I take my business elsewhere, do you think they will accept that or should I even ask for more?

We all know the N96 will be out shortly so I can't see why they would refuse a loyal customer as myself a N95 black and phones never last for the 12 months with me; there luckly to last 9 months the way I use them.

You think not? I suppose if I never ask I will never get... I managed it with a N80 when it was the top n-series phone (way before the n95 was out) but with a 18 months contract and payng £50 pounds for the phone..

Yeh I think they'll probably agree so long as you take out an 18month contract, might be wrong though. Won't hurt to try.

Loyalty doesn't count for much anymore unless you making them money I'm afraid. I.e Going over your allowence. £25 isn't much at all really.

sometimes its best to say your going elsewhere because you've seen "x contract" with "x network" and they usually offer you unbelievable terms, this happened with my mate who managed to get a better deal and a free phone instead of paying £90 for it!
