yet another ds wifi question - linking

Hi all,

Just been out to macdonalds and i told my little brother about them having a wifi port available to the public, so the little so and so logged on with Mario Kart.

He told me that it has linked the game to the DS Lite and that i should always use that console with that game! Or something like that, he is only 8.

The problem is that the DS is being returned via post on Tuesday due to a dead pixel.

Am i going to be able to use the game in a different DS to log onto the net with? What does it mean by linking the game to the console?

No he's talking rubbish you can use any Mario Kart in any DS it makes no difference.

The Friend Code for online play is linked to the DS and the cartridge. If you use the cart in another DS it'll generate a new friend code.
