Recently sold something on ebay and had to say in feedback that he was the most helpful, understanding, communicative buyer I've ever had. Weirdly he sounds very like the response you got so can't get why you're needing a tampon change over a question.

Maybe sellers are just as bad as buyers.

But then when the seller points out he has good feedback which OP didnt tell us and the reply, then yeah reporting is an overeaction.
