As their help is a joke, and most of the time is an automated system i'm hoping someone on here may have the answer.
I sold 2 driveshafts on ebay of which the same person bought both.
Got there and they stated that one was the wrong part for their car and one was damaged.
To be honest, sounds like a bit of a chancer.
So i contacted Royal Mail who told me that they need to put a claim in, of which they haven't as they are expecting me to do it which Royal Mail are saying i can't as i'm not the recipient.
The other item they are saying is the wrong bit for their car (Saxo VTS) even though it came off of my old car (106 GTI) so i know for a fact the part is right.
I supplied all of this information to ebay and now they have refunded the buyer as they always side with them.
So now the buyer has the item and the money back so i'm basically out of pocket.
What now? Does the buyer have to send the item back or do i remain £22.50 out of pocket?
Thanks,
Andy
