Hey guys

I've been using a crappy cheap mouse at work and it's annoying me - it randomly jumps and is just generally cheap and small. I use an MX-518 at home, which I love, but the G400 (it's replacement) is a bit expensive at £26 to justify for work when everyone else's mouse is £5-10.

Are there any decent, similar feeling mice for around £15? I don't need the accuracy etc of the G400, as I'm not going to be gaming with it - I'm just trying to find something with a similar shape/feel and weight. Ideally with the ability to switch DPI on the fly. Preferably wired.

Thanks

Great, thanks. Is it reasonably weighty? I hate light mice. The Microsoft Comfortmouse 6000 for business, for example, is too light for me - and also feels scratchy.

Any other suggestions, before I embezzle some funds?

The MX518 is being replaced by a G400 shortly soon anyway, as I spilled some orange juice on it and the buttons are sticky, so I'd need two :( and I'm not really keen on spending £50 of my own money on mice when work will pay for one of them.

I'd probably get away with getting the G400 if I just ran it by my boss, but I prefer not to take the **** if there's a cheaper option which would do the job for non-gaming.

The Intellimouse etc aren't my thing at all - I hate overly light feeling mice like the Intellimouse (the Comfortmouse above is basically the same thing). Looks like the Gigabyte M6800 or 6880 are the way to go, thanks.
