Yeah they were! That makes sense now. It does raise the question though, if theres nothing in it for them, whats the point?

Cheap humour tbh, what lvl were they? if they were 60 then they probably either too cheap/poor to buy Burning crusade or too crap at the game to lvl from 60-70 lol

For future reference, nobody can steal your items or money in game (you can be scammed by trades tho), so next time just play along. If they pull a very high level mob, just back off and let them die :cool:

Hehe but he said they were hunters and they would probably have feigned and the mod would have came for him lol

He's a paladin. He could have used the old bubble and run method to escape

If you're a paladin you get Divine Protection (I think) at a low level and Divine Shield at a higher level. Divine Prot makes you invulnerable for a short period of time (God I can't remember now, 4-6 seconds maybe) but you can't deal damage. Divine Shield allows you to attack at 50% melee speed. If you shield yourself and leg it you can usually get away.

What's better is when you get to a much higher level you can bubble (what people call shielding) then use your hearthstone. So if everyone is wiping you can bubble and hearth, and promptly earn the hatred of everyone in your party.
