Yorkfield delay?

Roughly translates to: Wolfdale will launch as planned, but the rest of the Quad core Yorkfield's have been delayed until the end of February, March, due to a bug that can cause the PC to crash.

It would seem small quad core is being less than compliant for both companies...

Nah, I don't trust the French. It's nothing concrete, was googling it and found absolutely nothing in regard to Yorkfield delay after Q1/08. We will just have to wait until Jan and see and forget about all the rumours.

Why is the rumour credible? it wouldn't suprise me if it was but im curious as to why your certain? It could be the french fudzila who post anything that is emailed to them.

Also i still dont see the big fasinnation with these. Games arn't cpu limited at the moment if you have a q6600 clocked to 3.5ghz or even just 3ghz its your graphics card that gona be holding you back. Why do you need these new things?
