You know you're ill when...

My kids have had similar bugs this year, couldn't eat anything without being sick or needing the loo within 20 mins. Took a week or so to get over it and they needed the rehydration sachets to help as well as it's not just water you need to replace but the sodium as well.

Caitlin had it for over a week and was projectile vomiting as well, not nice as a 5 year old :(

I was told to give them water, ice lollies, anything with lots of water or runny ie yoghurt but also to have dry food such as toast etc to keep trying as things will keep on running through you until you get over the illness anyway.

My gf is off out seeing Sean Locke tonight with a few friends. It's a safe bet she'll have a go at me for using all the loo roll.

I'M BLEEDING OUT MY BUM, YEH MUCKLE DAFTIE!

Lets hope your GF bring you back a nice ruby for supper to give you your strength back. BTW. Could we start a book on how long the 6 rolls last?

Things are getting better slowly but surely. I'm alternating the water with cups of tea, yoghurt, fruit juice et cetera to try and get something with a bit of nutritional value in me.

Just had a couple of eggs and didn't bring them up so I'll try a bit of toast later.

Not pooped in two hours (woot) and don't *feel* dehydrated any more...although I know I still am so I'm keeping up the fluids.

There are some lovely spiced pork and apple sausages in the fridge that a friend made that *need* to be eaten today...If I feel up to it at 12ish, those bitches are MINE! :D

Sorry I can't keep you all regailed with further tales of my spastic colon, bringerofdecay...But hopefully things will be good enough tomorrow to order a takeaway :D
