You think your hayfever's bad at the moment?..

im currently trying asdas £1 -7 day week ones and well they kick in and are working fine..

I think ill die this summer !

mine hasn't started this year at all, and in the past ive had it seriously bad such as having to go to hospital one time as my left eye swelled up really nasty, although last year i had a feeling it was going and wasn't so bad as the previous years this year ive had no trouble at all, and ive been out on my motorbike load's through country lane's, motorway rapeseed fields etc. No problems at all touch wood i may have finally beaten it after suffering all through childhood with it :(

This year since February I've been consuming locally produced honey + pollen grains in an attempt to bolster my immune system.

I've found local beekeepers over the net, even spoken to a couple of them on the phone. Really interesting people! You'd be amazed how many beekeepers are in your local area.

My hayfever normally kicks in from end of May to around mid July, and is really bad. Hoping this year it won't be so awful, having gone through a daily routine of eating a spoonful of honey + pollen granules... will let you all know if it works.

I grew into mine about three years ago, and I've got it really bad this year. Antihistamines are helping, but last year they kept it at bay completely, and this year they don't. :(

Good tip on the BOGOF, although I think I have enough to see me through this year.
