I thought the same..
My dad told me to carry on working full time job whilst he was going through late stages of lung cancer. As he rightly said, he will be gone and if I stopped working I wouldn't have a any stability in my life.
Saved me a bit mentally as well since the carers could come in during the day and I could focus on something else.

Whilst I do appreciate the sentiment, statistics don't lie. Our treatment rates speak for themselves.

Because he’s not a resident/tax payer and presumably won’t be covered by insurance.
