Hmmm, I've got a lot of things that I want to get this year.

A new graphics card, either a 5870 or one of the new nVidia cards if they ever get released!

Acer 34" 120Hz monitor
Logitech G35's
6GB 2000MHz RAM (Corsair GT's or Kingston HyperX)
Decent set of 5.1 speakers
I'm also looking to get a new PSU as well to replace my Be Quiet as I've had to RMA 2 of these in the last 6 months which is nonsense imo!!!
And I'm thinking about another X58 mobo as the UD5 really doesn't fit in with the color scheme of my rig anymore!

Here are some things I've already bought this year so far:

My TJ07 is at the powder coaters as we speak having the internals done in red with black highlights
An XSPC RX480 and Feser X-Changer 240 rads
EK Multioption 250 res
a 2nd 18w Laing DDC Pump and a Watercool Dual DDC Plexi top
Another Watercooled GTX280 so I can give SLi a go on my rig.

It seems like my rig never ever gets finished, there's always something I want to change as I get bored of it very easily!!!
 
An SSD for desktop, got a 256GB one in my laptop and it's so much better its beyond words.

Although the retail price for a 256GB makes me cry, would have to get a 128GB or less for the desktop.
 
You'll notice a considerable difference in overall system performance when you drop an SSD into your rig, I have a pair of 40GB Kingstons (the ones with the Intel controller) in RAID-0 and I was blown away, I was using a pair of Raptors prior to getting the SSD's

Ye, Fermi is the next big thing I'm waiting on. Not really expecting to buy it. Just waiting to see it's impact on the ATI prices.

Anyone know if NV has any Eyefinty style setups in the works?

Meh - my system is pretty good for gaming atm - although BF:BC2 does cause pain with a lot of eye candy switched on. I'm a bang-for-buck guy so I will probably pick up a cheap quad core at some point and maybe a better gfx card towards the end of the year. I do want an SSD too but will wait until prices drop a bit.
 
I need a whole new system this year, but the way the budget is going it's not going to happen in the first half of this year. The only decent hardare I have is my screen and mouse:)
