My equivalent:

Depeche Mode - Enjoy the Silence
Depeche Mode - Higher Love
Depeche Mode - Shake the Disease
Depeche Mode - It's No Good
Depeche Mode - World in My Eyes

But for a bit more variation:

Depeche Mode - Enjoy the Silence
The first time I ever heard a song and absolutely loved it right from first listen. Fantastic on so many levels ...

The Smiths - How Soon is Now?
I hated this and the band when they were big in the 80s, but 20-odd years later I've grown into them and this is just an awesome song - pure genius

Radiohead - No Surprises
Most Radiohead stuff leaves me cold, but I love 'OK Computer' and this is my favourite track from it

Coldplay - The Scientist
Wonderful melody. I used to listen to this song a lot round about the time my Dad died - somehow it gave me mental strength and inspiration

Keane - Everybody's Changing
IMHO a classic modern pop record. Keane have a knack for a good tune that buries itself in my head and has me humming it for days on end.

Plenty more I could have listed, but that lot'll do for starters ...

1. Muse - Micro Cuts
2. Muse - Map of the Problematique
3. Muse - Citizen Erased
4. Mew - Special
5. Clint Mansell - Summer Overture (LOTR Version)
