Golden Axe.

I'm still waiting for the emulation to pick up on my DS so I can play this again.

Also some serious Atari ST games I remember fondly, definitley have good replay value. I'll get back with what they are when I dig them out. Outrun was defintley one of those greatest from back in the day.

Metal gear solid 1. There is absolutely no comparison. The story had me deeply engrossed. Liked the 2nd one, but not as much, it didn't really suck me in as much. Haven't played any past the 2nd one though, so I can't really comment on those.

Final Fantasy games are also pretty good.

Was huge for its time, 4 disks if i remember correctly. Played it non-stop untill i finished it.
