Your Commute

Anderson Drive / Queens Road Roundabout > Denmore Road Industrial Estate....either by Anderson Drive or through city centre and Kings Road (if dropping Mrs S at work). Normally takes 15-20 mins depending on traffic and bloody stupid bendy buses

6.09 from Newport to London a couple of times a week.

Drive from Cardiff to Bridgend on the M4 once or twice a week.

Walk downstairs to get breakfast and coffee then to my study once or twice a week.

I hope no one here shares the latter with me.

7:32 Slaithwaite to Huddersfield

7:45 Huddersfield to Leeds

17:55 Leeds to HUD

18:30 HUD to Slaithwaite

My train home was cancelled last night and I got a cab back to Slaithwaite with 3 randoms, one of which turned out to live on the street opposite mine!

Ah that doesn't sound too bad. 5 days a week would be hell.

Yeah plus I'm only driving 2 of those 4. Either way it doesn't bother me. Slap on an audio book and I'm there before I know it :)

Plus sometimes my commute from north cambs to Marshall at 7.30 and 4.30pm used to take an hour anyway to do 15 miles :(

I have a very interesting commute that involves a large Cardassian Space Station, an Intrepid Class Vessel, A Starbase over earth and a Shuttle to San Fransisco

Thursday AM - 7.30am - leave my house in Teesside, A174->A19south -> M1 -> M25 -> Staines, Swan hotel, Monday AM home. 257 miles each way

South Ealing to Piccadilly Circus on the Piccadilly line. Various times, currently going in at 11pm and coming back at 8am ish. Nightshifts :(

Last week I saw someone coming out who had clearly been to the Chelsea game, reading the Football forum on a SGS3. Was tempted to post a 'i can see youuuu' thread but thought better of it :p

Dartford to Dunton via the M25 & A127 or A13, usually get through the tunnel around 8am ~
