i play a lot of games ^^ however the ones that i have spent stupid amounts of time on are:

cs 1.6 (played since 1.3, and since 1.5 competitively)
cs:s (a bit its a bit nab ;) )
hl2 etc
wow
most raving games, nfs series, TD:Unlimited
and loads more i cnt think of :)

fps > rpg> Racing Sim > rts

Real games back when infinite lives still didn't mean you could complete a level. Gameplay was everything! (manic miner, commando etc :) )
 
Just built a new system to replace my trusty old AMD Winnie 3200, X800 setup....see sig

Amazing difference, can whack all settings on max with any game I throw at it :)

Both system's audio output are connected to a Gemini PS-625I Mixer that is used to route sound to my AV-Amp and is also used as a headphone Amplifier.
