I also have a R foot that makes walking difficult ...

Get yourself a L foot to go with it, makes walking so much easier I find.

I've got a sore thumb and a bunch of blisters on my right hand from digging up a mates lawn yesterday.

I have a pain in my lower back / hip area, which has been bugging me for a while now. Then yesterday I developed a pain in between my ribs - I think I pulled something carrying a piece of flat-pack furniture.

Also, I've had really, really foul smelling gas the past couple of days. The wife isn't happy :o

EDIT: The OP almost certainly has an abscess - and a nasty one by the look of it

I have a trapped nerve/inflammation in my right elbow which hurts a whole damn lot when playing badminton... kinda like golfers/tennis elbow but nerve inflammation not tendon...

Far worse though are my knees - I think I have some form of tendonitis/otis in my knees from years of badminton abuse.... they basically ache all day and sometimes agony - currently seeing physio bi-weekly for both!!

The reason? A sore tooth,

Believe it or not I haven't had a day off from work with illness since sept 1988
However, I was able to use a couple of floating days about 10 years ago when I had ........ a sore tooth.
The pain was really bad and I used monday to try and find a dentist with no luck.
I had a floating day on the Tuesday because the pain was so bad and tried to find a dentist.
Wednesday I went to work and still couldn't find a dentist.
I had thursday off (with a floater) because of the pain.
Friday morning I got a local councillor involved and he got me an appointment straight away and I've been going every 6 months since.
You are not a baby.

The biggest ailment i have at the moment is the girlfriend nagging me about finishing off the new kitchen me and a mate are installing, it's giving me some right earache! To top all of that off, one of our friends is coming round to hook up the new gas hob, he wanted £40 to fit it and will service boiler/central heating while he is here which i agreed on, to which she replied 'oh £40, well that not enough, i'll have £60 sat here waiting for when you finish!!!'

I just had a dental appointment, my dentist put a fission sealer or something. No idea why she had to get out a drill and other stuff out to put something in my tooth. Didn't hurt, surprisingly. :)

so true

cant think of much that could be worse

i had an absess and my mouth swelled up similar to the OPs i couldnt find a dentist that wouldn't check me soon(wasnt registered at any since mine turned private)

The pain was actually making me go a bit mad, punched myself in the side of the face near my mouth in rage  did actually take my mind of the tooth for an hour , eventually i had to borrow money and go private at the dentist :(

Got knocked over by a car a year ago and I had a painful muscle spasm. Out of the blue, I had the same muscle spasm in the same area, very painful :(
