Karl Urban did a damn good job in Garland's Dredd, although that movie was more early MC1 as opposed to what's established in the comics.

Which would be great for any gangster film based around London with Cockneys in it....if you want anything else though, better to look elsewhere.

The Urban film was good, but I want to see The Big Meg in all its glory.

Otto Sump definitely needs to be in it, too.

Great films though. The Gentlemen was the first new'ish film I've seen for a while that I really enjoyed. It feels like they don't make films like that anymore due to Netflix etc.

[Pawnless Endgame]

There was a Disney film featuring Amy Adams called Enchanted that came out back in 2007. The sequel, "Disenchanted" has been in development hell for the last 10 years. Now finally the filming for this has just begun. If I had $250M, I would want to see this film being completed:
