Hi guys,

As I'm going to be working out quite a lot very soon. I would like to make a good playlist for it.

Free - All right Now
AC/DC - Highway to Hell
Eminem - Lose Yourself
Survivor - Eye of the Tiger

Have them to on my ipod,

I like this tune, really makes me run that bit faster or cycle that bit harder

I'm another metal fan here. Slipknot, Metallica or Coheed and Cambria normally gets me going well enough.

Also listen to a bit of Black Stone Cherry, but normally I like a big screamy chorus from Slipknot on a HEAVY set!

I normally start off with a clubland or running trax album as they are a decent tempo for running too, some of them are a bit crap though. I need to delete some of them. Then when I get tired I go to something by Enter Shikari or something with a lot more energy which seems to get me going again.

For warm up/during cardio etc I'll listen to Get Louder (linked above) and other fast paced light dubstep.

An example:

Then for weights etc, I switch to metal/heavy metal etc. Don't think anyone else has said any Maiden, which surprises me as some of their new stuff is really good (imo) for core exercises.

Love a bit of Lamb of God Requiem (or Redneck, heck most of their stuff is suitable :p)

Three Days Grace is also quite useful, e.g. Overrated.

EDIT: ffs, how do you embed? :p Copied the embed code, apparently thats wrong.
