Your favourite cheese?

Don't like hard rubbery cheese like Edam, yuck.

Love soft cheese - Brie, Camembert etc. Also a big fan of goats cheese and like a nice bit of Wensleydale (with Cranberries, mmm).

Sometimes Stilton, but not often in the mood.

Danish blue
Roquefort

Very mature cheddars
Goats cheese, not sure of name..

Italian cheeses are the worst in the world...

pie d'anglouse (tesco do it) - in a small round, prob the best cheese ever, has a honey after taste... mmm not at all eating it now...

I quite like stuff that's cheese flavoured, but isn't actually cheese.

I like real cheese too though. It would be daft if I didn't considering my first statement.

Brie

Question for brie fans - do you like it firm, or soft and dripping? :D

Personally I like it to ooze - I'm sure most supermarkets store it at too low temperature and it has a crusty solidified bit in the centre of the brie, whereas the edge is nice and soft and oozing.
