YOUR favourite sandwich

I'm quite partial to a left over lasagne or cottage pie sandwich.

However if we are talking normal fillings grilled chicken and bacon with mayo on white bread no butter.
 
hmmm.. favourite sandwich would be in pitta bread or a tortilla wrap, grilled halloumi cheese with cherry tomatos cut in half. simple, tasty!

Have to have a real hunger on for that, but when I get my mind set on it there's no stopping it happening. :D
 
hmm needing to reduce cholesterol I have a new favorite sandwich / roll

Fresh Tuna steak grilled, add olive oil, black pepper, crushed chilli and a dash of lea and perrins.

Large soft roll, bed of baby spinach, few slices of green pepper, salad creme and a few pieces of cut up chilli.
 
Steak and caramelised red onion baguette with horseradish mayo. That's lovely.

Or pulled pork bap, loadsa chilli sauce

or big breakfast in anything really. I'm not fussy. I'd hoover all that up
 
streaky bacon done till the fats crispy

(optional - melt cheese over bacon once its crisped up)

a chilli jam thats sweet (as opposed to a sweet chilli jam)

crunchy peanut butter
strawberry jam
on white bread.

I dont usually like my sammich stuffed to overflowing with loads of different stuff, but a decent amount
 
Lightly toasted onion bagel, a good quality smoked salmon, full fat cream cheese, little squeeze of fresh lemon juice and some fresh ground black pepper.
 
Any bread
Mayo bottom
Dijon Mustard top
Roast chicken
Sweat Leaf salad
Avocado
Smokey bacon

Made for lunch today.

My girlfriend sometimes makes me the following.

Baguette
Caramelised Onions
Sliced Sausage
BBQ Sauce

Hot or cold, it is epic.
 
At the weekend I made a;

Chicken breast marinated in a Jack Daniels BBQ marinade,
Really crispy bacon,
Burger cheese,
Red onion.

Sooooooo goooooood!!!!!
 
Steak with melted cheese on a cheese topped bap. (Did I mention I love cheese?).

Add in some onions and you have the perfect sandwich.
 
An old family favourite form my mum is stilton with leftover homemade bread sauce on white bread, very strange but really good!

May favourite is crispy smoked bacon, fried (skinned and boned) chicken thigh and avocado with a bit of mayo on a toasted ciabatta that has been rubbed down with a clove of garlic to give it a nice background hum.
 
Thick sliced Worburtons seeded bread.
Thick layer of butter.
Chicken breast or steak.
Peppery rocket
Sundried tomatoes
2 slices of mature cheese
Avacado
Thousand island dressing.

Home baked (of course) white bread
Peanut butter
Melted dark chocolate with a pinch of rock salt

Pour melted salted chocolate over peanut butter and put sandwhich in the fridge until the chocolate sets.

Put sandwich under the grill until the bread is toasted and chocolate is half-melted.
