If multiplayer is not off the table, then Rocket league. Ran at decent settings on a 5850 (although at 1080p). I would think a 1050 would be fine at higher res. 5min games, can pick up, play a few or just play unranked where you can drop in/out as you please.

Half Life 2 and F.E.A.R should run nicely on your set up and are always worth another play through (that's assuming you've played them both?). Both support 3440x1440 natively also and look stunning despite their age!
