As long as you know what you're doing, there isn't a problem (and GP's going to need it much more than branch builds like 2.0.0.4) - the problem's with the users who install it thinking it's going to magically make all their extensions work and then discover that Bad Things happen because the extension wasn't compatible (then publicly moan that Firefox is crap because it didn't retain compatibility with a version that's more than a year old).

Only use these addons myself.

Menu Editor has to be one of the best, i've stripped down everything i dont use. so nice to only have usfull stuff in right click menu etc :)
