Your homepage.....

I use Bonjourr as my homepage where I have a nice neat set of mini folders / tabs with all my shortcuts nicely organised. So clean :)

Ntlhome, those were good times having 50mb of FTP space.

I remember the early days NTLworld/telewest, maybe Virgin Media as well at first would give you “free” speed upgrades. Guess due to how fast tech was moving it was the easier thing to do until it all settled down.

I recall having dial up internet, was such an amazing time, internet was so fresh and such an amazing new tech to have in the home, think we had something like a top speed of 56kbit/s, I just remember downloading 1 music track took a while and was a thing of pure joy when it was fully downloaded!

I like this! Just installed.

Question though - on Chrome when you tab into the search bar, you can see your last visited sites, can you do similar with the search widget in Tabliss?
Not to my knowledge, but it's not something I'd do so i may have missed it. Also i'm on the FF version so there maybe differences there too.

Edit: I'd just point out, I used to use a different speed dial extension, not that I can remember what it was called, but switched to Tabliss purely because, at least on FF, it requires no permissions which I thought was nice. Yes you've got to enter in your links manually, but much better IMO

I have Google search set as my landing page for new tabs. Then a bookmarks bar with my common/fav links.

This as well.

Google was often one of the fastest pages to load during the dial up days, mainly because the only content was the logo and search box. So it always seemed the most sensible page to be my homepage, and also it was probably my most used site as well.

All other links are stored neatly in my favourites.
