Check your settings again and make sure its set correctly

As far as I can tell it is, I have now tried all codecs listed for the TV, we were using the tv series plugin to watch stuff last night and listen to music and it was fine, it is just the sound when watching TV
Im thinking that the codecs must have changed between 1 and 1.02, so Im googling to see if I can find anything

I have MPEG 2 video set to ether gabest or MPV decoder filter
H264 is set to CoreAVC
MPEG/AC3 is set to MPA decoder
AAC is set to monogram AAC decoder
Audi renderer is set to default direct sound device
de-interlace - not used
zoom mode normal

Playng around with any of these options does not seem to make a difference..

There is a bug which in some cases can reset the audio output device for ALL channels to the tuner card

I'm just sorting out a media portal set up for when I hook my TV up to the PC again and I was wondering... How do you rip TV series DVD's into individual episodes without a stupid amount of effort splittling them manually?

Media Portal = FAIL now especially with Windows 7, Media Browser and Meta Browser plugins. Everything just works
