I have seen an up rated Crankshaft pulley for sale including the belt. This is meant to give around additional 40BHP.
Question is, will any ECU alterations need to made upon fitting this or is it a simple plug and play (so to speak).
Considering this as a cheap upgrade to get me over 400 horses. But I’m not fussed enough to spend more money getting the ECU remapped, the difference I doubt wont be very noticable

I'd imagine you'd see an increase, the MAF should let the engine know to up the fueling in response to more air being drawn into the intake, I would imagine however that a properly updated map would benefit the change more.

No its just plug and play, the ECU adds the correct fuel for the increased boost. I assume this is an XJR is it?

Yes, how much decrease in fuel consumption will there be?
Theoretically it shouldn't make much difference because you'll just use less throttle on normal driving. Realistically you'll have your right foot in loads of the time smokin' the hides

Try not to think about it :D

I dont actually know but it will go up because you will be driving with more power. I have a freind with an XJR and hes been looking into power pulleys combined with new pipes and reckons theres a good gain to be had. When i next speak to him I'll get the company hes chatted to.
