They did want your business, but only for £10k :p

The polite way of telling someone that they don't want their business is this, which has happened to me lots of times:

"I am sorry we cannot offer an insurance policy for you on that car."

;)

Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. I would take a wild guess and assume the thread is meant to be a bit of fun, not a ground breaking insight into motor insurance.

I beleive i got quoted £4,500 for a 1.3 Fiesta when i was 17. Was one of my first quotes too which was rather worrying as i thought they would al be like that! :)
