What a strange survey.
I think you might want to go back to the drawing board on it. Add more options to Q3 (NowTV, iTunes, Xbox Video, Google Play, Sky Store, Other) as 'Other' is currently a massive category (I'd be willing to bet more people clicked 'Other' than Blinkbox).
On Q8, you ask 'How important is the volume of movies/tv shows?'. I don't know about other users of this forum, but volume generally isn't my problem with these services. It's quality (or desirability). The monthly sub platforms have loads of content, but not necessarily loads that I want to watch. The rental and purchase platforms tend to have what I want to watch, but I'd never purchase or rent enough to run in to 'volume' issues.
On Q10, those numbers seem kinda high. 10 hours a week is quite a lot on a regular basis - I'd basically be spending all of my social time watching TV/Movies. To get through more than 20 hours a week I'd have to be unemployed - that's like a whole season of 24 in a single week! Wouldn't you get more interesting data by lowering these numbers a bit? Maybe 0-5, 5-10, 10-15, 15-20, 20-25, 25+?
Q11 and Q13 should be multiple choice.
On Q14, my issue with Blinkbox is more one of competition. They are doing the same thing as a massive number of other companies. If I want to rent a film, I can rent it from BlinkBox, Xbox Video, Google Play, Amazon Instant and iTunes (among others). If I'm renting, why would I pick BlinkBox over the native service on my chosen platform? Certainly there's an advantage to be had from a cross-platform service when purchasing content, but I'm still not sold on the idea of 'buying' streamed content. If the platform ever got shut down, I'd lose my content. Prices would need to be very competitive to get me over that hurdle.
Personally, I prefer the Netflix/Amazon Instant/NowTV model. Those services have kicked my DVD buying habit. I do still rent the odd film here and there, and I'd do the same with TV shows given the chance. I'd love to see The Wire, Boardwalk Empire and The Sopranos, but I don't feel that I'm getting value for money when buying box sets any more. I'd happily pay to rent them (maybe £4 or £5 per season or something?) on top of my subscription services.
