I too was thinking this...not a sensible situation to be in really. And if it implys that chuck norris needs to be split into two..well I erally don't evny the person who has to do that!

The old Conan book covers were done by Frazetta...(these are not Conan covers but the first one, Death Dealer, is probably his most famous)

As far as Heavy Metal covers go, the guy most influenced IMHO by Frazetta is Bisley (Simon "Biz" Bisley), far too many choices to make as to what to post so I just grabbed the first few from my Biz folder...

Both superior to Boris I think, but that is another thread

Simon Bisley is something else, I used to love it when they got him to draw Judge Dredd, ABC Warriors and Sláine. Nobody else could do Joe Pineapples, Nemesis or Deadlock like he did.
