No, it's just an overgrown plot of wasteland now, populated by nothing more than rats. Although it's good in Summer evenings as there's a colony of bats nearby and you get to see them hunting the moths and whatever.

I believe they did sell the land though it's the purchaser who's done nothing with it.

Tut. So its just sitting there doing nothing? Local council ought to be able to tell the owner to do something with it within a certain timeframe or force them to sell it on to someone who will.
