J2O's, I drank 14 of these on a night out (I was driving), and I didn't have a wink of sleep, then worked a 12 hour shift (Tescos) not feeling tired at all, then at about 10pm that night, approx 24 hours after commencing drinking, and close to 36 hours after any sleep, I was out like a light and slept a solid 12 hours
I like pushing my body in this regard, general sleep deprivation, occasional extreme deprivation, and the warm snuggly day-off-lie-ins-after-12-to-14-hours-anti-sleep-deprivation. I just like to know how my body reacts, what to expect, and what my limits are. Also, different amounts of sleep affect me differently. i've gone to college after 2 hours sleep (5:30am-7:30am), and been fine the entire day (remarkably fresh), then come 9-10pm, it hit me like a locomotive. Conversly, after 4 hours sleep and going to college, I was drowsy the whole day, nodding off in lessons etc. This was a fair test, since I had a day off between college days, where I slept around 12 hours, so I was "normalised" ready for the next test.
All this was done without any stimulant whatsoever, I've never taken any caffeine in my life, since I dislike the taste of coffee, and find tea unnecessary. I prefer pure determination
