This just came up in the GW2 thread because a few of us are going to be streaming it, so who has a stream, what games do you play and what's the URL?
I mainly play LoL, I'll be playing some GW2 on the betas and I play bits of other games like BF3, Minecraft, some other bits.
The URL is http://www.own3d.tv/MeepBeepWhirr
I don't know if people are interested in watching other peoples' streams from the forum, but it could be cool to check out what people are doing in games ^^
Edit: If you're interested in streaming, here's the easy way to do it:
Go to http://www.xsplit.com/ and sign up for an account, then you should be able to download the streaming client free.
Go to own3d.tv or twitch.tv and set up an account. I suggest these two becuse they work with xsplit without having to use custom settings. Once you've made an account, you'll need to set up a channel.
Open xsplit, under "file" click "add screen region", this is the area that will be streamed. If you only want half your screen for example, set up a window that takes up the area you want, then click it after clicking add screen region. If you want the whole thing, click on your desktop. You can set up multiple screen regions. In your xsplit window, you should expand the screen so that it takes up the whole black area.
Under broadcast, go to "edit channels" and follow the instructions, entering your own3d or twitch details after clicking "add".
You can check your own stream is working by going to own3d.tv/yourusername (same format for twitch), though I suggest muting the sound or you get a feedback loop.
