In order that pops into my head based on recent tv habits:
1) 15 Storeys High: Vince
- Love his oddity in this bizzare sitcom
2) 15 Storeys High: The "Jesus Christ" man
- Had the funniest scenes in the show
3) Futurama: Bender Bending Rogeridgsdfasg (sp?)
- Who can not love the loveable Bender?
4) Futurama: Fry
- Has the best episodes, and for good reasons too. Love his romantic storylines with Leela.
5) Simpsons: Homer
- Hard not to love him considering he has all the scenes
6) Simpsons: Mr Burns
- But it's Mr Burn's who has some of the most interesting stories.
7) Heroes: Matt
- Interesting power (in the non-aggressiveness nature), good cop who's not afraid to stand up to great odds. Interesting how he turned out in the alternative timeline.
8) Heroes: Peter
- Regardless of how cliched it is, he's the most selfless character in the show.
9) Dexter: Dexter
- Such an interesting character to explore in a fantastic show.
10) Scrubs: Dr Cox
- Excellent lines, interesting character, also the central role to some of the best episodes.
Other characters who didn't make the list mostly from me forgetting them or if the list could be longer... (reading other's posts to remind myself of shows):
Pushing Daises: Olive
- Loveable character, shame about the choice of actress though, she just doesn't fit the bill for me
Pushing Daises: Charlotte
- Small town romantic girl who brings great deal to the show.
Coupling: Jeff
- "I've got the key to paradise, but I've got too many legs!"
Spaced: Brian
Peep Show: Jaz
- £20 note anyone?
Family Guy: Stewie
My Name is Earl: Randy and Joy (she is actually a brilliant character!)
Extras: Patrick Stewart as himself
Fresh Prince: Carlton
Black Books: Bernard
Pinky and the Brain: Pinky
Cowboy Bebop: Spike and Faye (since someone's named some animes
Nadia Secret of Blue Water: Jean
Patlabor: The Captain
