Dudes, imagine fixing up the place a bit, filling it up with cold war era stuff, and making it a dance/trance club! You can have like, "mission control" for psychedelic trance, "rocket fuel" for hard dance, the supply room could be the chillout room and the "rocket" room for house or whatever/
