I believe we're entitled. When you spend a life dedicated to self-improvement and clean living, if we aren't entitled to excessive enjoyment who is!

I second that! I sit here at the end of a nice bottle thinking, I ran a PB last week and will start all over again on a quest for another after the weekend. So until then I care not how many corks I pop :p
 
I go out every saturday night but only really drink every second saturday, on those nights though i always cave to some kind of takeaway goodness on my way home, be it chinese, pizza, burger or kebab I will chow down on something dodgy. I've no desire to stop it, a little bit of what you fancy now and then does no real harm.

Kept to a clean diet for a few months a couple of years ago and while I did make better strength gains that usual I didn't think it was worth sacrificing the food I enjoy. Now I just eat what I want when I want.

I agree really, but I consider the occaisional fish and chips, or kebab or curry not to be that bad a thing really. I think of a vice something that you constantly do that you shouldn't be doing. I eat well, very well, I cook rich foods (can't help it it's the way I was brought up - bloody french cuisine!! :p) so I do enjoy a chocolate fudge cake or a doughnut from time to time, but not daily - I don't see the harm in being naughty with food as long as you're not excessive.
 
Alcohol/Weekends

I did think that i'm making 5 days of good progress, a less than optimal weekend can't be too bad... but in reality is probably does have a pretty large impact when you're drinking loads, not eating anywhere near as much or if you are, certainly not as clean.
 
Haribo Starmix/Sourmix.

I hate petrol stations.

I don't drink, smoke, use other illegal drugs, eat that much unhealthy stuff (cram cake once a month).

Oh, wait - buckets and buckets of coffee. With double cream. And more coffee.
 
To be honest I actually think its a good thing to have the odd vice, its what makes us all normal and human. I have a bit of a sweet tooth and love chocolate. I'm pretty good about limiting the amount I eat but sometimes can't resist a chocolate bar! I'm not too bad about alcohol, have only had about 2 bottles of beer in the last 2 weeks, and I don't smoke either so that isn't a problem.

But seriously, I have a notebook and currently if I do something I think is unhealthy I am writing it down and once it's written down I never buy or do that thing again. I'm proper addicted to getting in shape at the moment.

If we're talking more generally, sleeping. I LOVE sleeping, and hate getting up.
 
Biscuits. I wish the biscuit jar stopped getting refilled, I only end up eating them when I go to get a drink.
Don't put fig rolls infront of me either.
