Well considering we have a lot of threads about your routines, pictures and what not, I figured I may as well have everyone post up their weakest bodyparts, and so others can offer advice on how to combat the problem and hopefully kick start training for people. Nothing like experience to push past a problem.

My weakest part is my calves, always has been. Currently working on this now, training heavy and regularly to get those mothers growing again.

EDIT: I should stress I mean weakest as in 'hardest to develop'. A stubborn bodypart if you will.

Stomach muscles. Had an epigastric hernia repair done last year which is on the vertical line of where my six pack should be about half way down, trained a bit too hard end of last year and have managed to tear the repair so need to go back under the knife again. Luckily i found out my next door neighbour is a consultant surgeon at one of the local hospitals so i shouldnt have to wait 18 months like last time, he said he should be able to get me in relatively quickly!

Got to be my Glutes. I have only started adding some Glute Kickbacks into my routine. TBH I never even thought about it, until my mate mentioned it. I suppose it cant do any harm ;)

Out of interest, how would you train your calves exactly? :p

standing raises
1 leg raises
seated raises
donkey raises
toe pushes (on a leg press machine)

feet straight / feet facing in / feet facing out

im sure there are plenty more ways :D

for me it would be chest. once i feel im fully fit again i will look at chaing to a 'less is more' routine.

Mine too, along with my shoulders. I put it down to neglecting them i.e. if I could only make 2 out of 3 sessions per week, it would be chest/shoulders/tri day that I would miss.

That is the one day most people that 'go' to the gym that I know of will not miss. They hate deads and squats but always hit their chest. Get on it!

Calves.

Used to hammer the living daylights out of them with heavy weight/high reps for very little gain. Decided they're not worth my effort.

Try a different approach?

i tend to miss legs if i have to miss a session (and i know that i cant just put it o for a day or 2), really bad of me :/

I HATE missing sessions, it really winds me up. I feel so disapointed if I miss a big session that I just find a way to do it :)

Triceps for me i find i have to work that extra bit harder for them.

i recently started doing 2 bench tricep dips, seems to have had a great effect for me!

Cable extensions or decline curl bar tricep extensions for me i do dips with plates sometimes i just find i have to work harder with my triceps.
