What's it about?

It's my website, the idea started out as showing my photos, but then in the last 2 months whilst i was developing it turned into a wedding photography website.

About 5 weeks

Number of visitors & details?

About 1000 for the first month

Any interesting facts about the site?

Er....it's 100% flash ?

If you search Fotograffie my site comes top in google.

Is it successful?

Nope, i've not got 1 client through it yet, though i did have 1 enquiry this week.

Profitable?

Nope, not made a penny from it so far.

apprently i am the most famous Samir Ansari on google, if you type in my name the first few results are mine. (not much i know)

Is it successful?

its still pretty new

What's it about: Everyday photos from everyday cameras
Age of site: about 1 year updated the other week to wordpress which i've never used before

What's it about?
A fansite devoted to a British band, My Vitriol. News, updates, media and a forum. Decided to create it due to lack of information about the band on the internet.

Age of site?
Since November 2004. Almost 4 years now!

Number of visitors & details?
Over 300+ unique visitors a month. 20k hits a month.

Any interesting facts about the site?
I used to host videos of gigs on the site, We kept on getting e-mails from the hosting company on our "unlimited" hosting package saying that we were using to much bandwidth. Found out someone was hot linking to their MySpace page. All videos were zipped up but still got e-mails. Now mainly host on You Tube.

Is it successful
I would say so yes. Its the main fansite for the band. I met the lead singer from the band a couple of years ago and said that the band are frequently on the forums. The band management are also in contact with me.

Profitable?
No. Apart from a couple of invite only gigs in London :)

About a thousand a day.. not much anymore

It once got about 25,000 unique hits in 12 hours after i published an article about Phenoms :p

It was getting towards it, but i can't be bothered to run it anymore.

About £20 since i opened it :p

Stuff for the freeware train simulator BVE/ OpenBVE.

Age:
Just over 7 1/2 years old, plus I've been floating around/ doing stuff in the wider train-sim community since 1998 :eek: (Started off playing with Mechanik, then moved into BVE2 & onwards from there)

Randomly enough, I can still remember the old Crotrainz forums, as well as the flamewar that brought them dowm :(
Anyone who was active in the BVE section at the time will probably remember it, while it was very much coming, it was a great loss.

From the start of October 2008 to present, I have received 5432 hits.

3928 of those hits were from the united states.
1260 of those hits were from the UK
and 1 hit was from Nigeria :eek:

2114 of those hits were using IE
1582 were using apple safari
and 1568 were using FF
