Thats where the weightgain/protien shakes come in, 2 shakes a day provides 90 grams of protien and 2500 calories so coupled with my normal diet and weight lifting at the gym i should be able to put a bit of weight on. Im just like that, ive got a fast metabolism and an active job plus i cant eat in the morning. For instance, I hade 3 boals of oats this morning with toast and peanut butter and a glass of milk, 4 chicken breasts and loads of mash potato for lunch, half a tub of chow mein for a snack with some fruit, and steak and a huge plate of salad for dinner.
Do you eat that much (or more) every day?
