haha, so very true, im so sick of home food that i end up eating takeout every night! im gonna start cutting down though an gettin away from the pc to do some exercise

185cm 73Kg/6ft 11st 6oz

I'd like to put on about a stone(5-7 Kg) as I'm pretty thin but I have no real issue with my weight.

Thats where the weightgain/protien shakes come in, 2 shakes a day provides 90 grams of protien and 2500 calories so coupled with my normal diet and weight lifting at the gym i should be able to put a bit of weight on. Im only having one shake a day at the moment, ill take 2 shakes when i join a gym.

How much do you eat? a lot of people think they eat a lot and have a fast metabolism, but they don't.

For instance, I hade 3 boals of oats this morning with toast and peanut butter and a glass of milk, 4 chicken breasts and loads of mash potato for lunch, half a tub of chow mein for a snack with some fruit, and steak and a huge plate of salad for dinner.

Do you eat that much (or more) every day?

Im just like that, ive got a fast metabolism and an active job plus i cant eat in the morning. I like it in a way because i can eat whatever i want where as my sister has to eat rabbit food 27/7.

A lot less than that :eek:.

A days grub for me would entail:

Morning - nothing
lunch - ham salad butty, plus a custard or similar cake
Tea- spaghetti bolognese plus a few chocolate bars
supper- bowl of cereal

I agree, I used to be a skinny guy complaining about how much I ate and how hard it was to put weight on. ;) Some people need to change their attitude and thinking to their diet if they want to achieve anything.
