Your work uniform

Luckily in my office it's very casual. Pretty much my usual dress - jeans, t-shirt, trainers and a hoodie depending!

If in the office, normal smartish wear, shirt tie etc.

If at client site, company shirt / T-shirt. blues and safety boots. Normally have PPE on top. (Fireproof overalls, gloves, hard hat, specs, fireproof coat, gas monitor)

Daytime

White Shirt
Black: Trousers, Belt, Boots, Tie

Nightime

Black: Wicking Polo, Combats, Belt, Boots

Day & Night: 2378927382738273 other things depending on circumstances/tasking. All kept at work.

All prepared at home, taken to work day before starting. Ride into work, change into uniform at work. If there was parking to drive in I would wear it from home.

Shoes, trousers, teeshirt/jumper depending on time of year, then into scrubs at work.
Out of scrubs before travelling home.

Work clothes shouldn't be worn outside the work environment, scrub tops etc shouldn't be work at lunchtime or at any break time.

If the need to be truly awesome some day is necessary then substitute the trousers for women's slacks.

Pretty much a normal day at the office.

Dress code is officially smart trousers, shirt with collar (inc polos) and smart shoes. I usually wear the company branded polo's (saves on my own clothes) trousers and a pair of black timbs.

What does your work uniform consist of?
Do you change at work, or travel to and from work in your uniform?
Is there any bizarre uniform polices where you work?

No formal work wear but its smart casual really

If youve got smart jeans, thats ok - but nothing faded or ripped etc

I have some nice leather soled shoes that i keep in my bottom drawer, i walk to work in other shoes and change into them :)

White shirt with tie. Dark trousers and shoes.

Or a suit, but again must be with a white shirt.

Quite an old fashioned company when it comes to uniform. Must be clean shaven too or already have a beard!

I wear black trousers black shoes and a nurse type tunic. I travel to work in my uniform and where a coat over my tunic to travel to/from work.
We have no bizarre uniform policies.

You'll probably find that the NHS has some weird policies. Like no kinky underwear.

I remember having a conversation with some nurses over the correct use of French knickers and thongs! :D

I wear a shirt and tie, nothing special.

Suit, shirt (usually white), work issue tie, black shoes and socks. I wore bright yellow socks today with my blue suit. I got told off, but a few customers said that they liked them. I like colourful socks.

could never work anywhere that was "business clothing" lucky for me thats unlikely to happen being a social worker and all you cant look too formal, smart casual all the way

Tshirt or hoodie now it's getting abit chilly (company branded) with jeans and trainers.
Travel to and from work with it on
No bizarre policies could even wear jogging bottoms if so wished

Standard dress code is Business Casual with Casual on a Friday. In general for me that mean trousers & shirt Mon-Thur and jeans & shirt or tshirt on a Friday.

We do have quite strict policies on what's not allowed; no sportswear, no skirts of an inappropriate length or low cut tops, no leggings and others. And best of - all no flip flops!

Currently, agency, so could be suit and tie, or could be tracksuit. Next few days will just be black shirt and black trousers.

Over in Taiwan, casual teaching stuff, which basically means a polo shirt and any sort of trousers. Depends on the school, my last one didn't much care as long as we were wearing something. Apparently parents don't like it if you don't do that.

Anything we want. Makes things easy, I usually wear a polo, jeans and trainers.

Sometimes I wish it was more formal, I kind of like the idea of having to wear a suit but all that ironing would do my head in.
