Whatever we want at our place, as long as it is not flip flops, although women get to wear sandals. Shorts and skirts have to be knee length although some people get away with it.
No football tops or offensive stuff. Conference's are smart/casual.
Jeans, tshirt, trainers. Around 85% of the time if in the office.
Shirt, trousers, shoes. Around 5% of the time if going on site. I have a change of outfit at work so can change there if I'm leaving from work. Or if I'm going straight from home I'll just dress smart for the day.
Naked. Around 10% of the time if working from home.
Whatever I like usually (no football colours though). My employer is progressive enough to realise that in a non-customer facing role employee comfort is more important than uniformity.
