Youtube graphics problems?

Ok so i have just fitted a sapphire 512mb 3870 and upgraded to vista ultimate 64bit, but when i go to youtube now and try to play a video in full screen all i see is this->http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f60/sidthesexist/screenproblems.jpg

anyone know how to cure this?

I have the very same issue, up till now I have put it down to codecs as I can play any movie full screen but it will be interesting to find out.

P.S I haven't installed any codec packs on my install yet. But am assuming that something like the NIMO codec pack would fix the issue.
