Youtube issues with Sky

If this has only recently started happening i am suspecting it my be Youtube.
Ihave had the same problems since just before Christmas and am on a 100mb Virgin connection. Other sites are fine too which poomts towards Youtube.

So i'm always connected to the test socket, i have a Faceplate Splitter, which is got no wires coming out of the back and it has 1 socket "phone socket" connector in the back which plugs directly into the test socket and then on the front it has ADSL on the left and Phone on the right.

Regardless of weather i plug in a micro filter or the above faceplate, it still has the same results.

I've been doing random speed tests and taking the stats from the line before and after. So for example from the Laptop and changing wireless channel:

 One thing i have noticed is the router keeps producing:

 

400 Bad Request

No request found.

 

Quite often when navigating through the menus and monitoring the stats page.

Then i did some more, first one is around 11pm and the other around 8am:

 I also pinged www.bbc.co.uk both at 11pm and 8am and both times the ping was at average 29ms.

So i'm completely out of my depth, anything you guys can suggest would be appreciated.

I'm already in contact with Sky support on the forum and if i don't get anywhere with that i'll be ringing them up.
