Question

I watch a lot of youtube 4k content on my Sony 4K TV no problems , when i watch full HD content i do notice judder ? is this the way its uploaded to youtube or a setting on my TV ?
No problems when watching Sky or apps

Another feature of Sky stream maybe? Have you tried direct from the TV or different box?

I am streaming from phone to my sky Q - 4K is fine its just full HD content i notice the judder effect

Do you have all the Judder / Motion effects disabled on your TV
Is your TV currently at 60hz? Is your Sky Q box matching the refresh rate?

Motion is disabled checked
Sky Q Picture resolution is set 2160p 10 Bit
Sure my TV is at 60hz +

Hi

There is an option on the Sky Q under settings/audio visual called Judder reduction for TV apps you could try turning that on.

Use the native (Sony) app instead, no HDMI refresh rate shenanigans it should match to the content instead.
Alternatively, download SmartTubeNext which has an explicit 'match frame rate' option.
