Just recently Im having this really annoying issue with youtube. No matter what video quality I set, every video I try and watch I cant skip through. I click a point on the video 'timeline' and it just reverts back to the start again. Also if I leave it from the start, it dosent buffer properly and keeps pausing to catch up.

Anyone else getting this issue?

I havent changed a single thing and it was working fine last week.

Im on Sky Unlimited broadband with approx 13mb downstream and Windows Vista, all drivers/adobe flash up to date.

Grrrrrr.

I keep getting this too, despite having a speedtest.net proven speed of 40mbs+ download it occasionally wont buffer videos, also wont play a second video properly.

Hope you get it sorted as I get similar issues.

Im on virgin, It seems to buffer ok even at 1080p. (60Mbps)

Just the restart thing happens to me, bloody annoying. Sometimes if i click into the buffered zone as well it restarts.

It also doesn't load the comments or the suggestions bar on the left.

Using google chrome Version 26.0.1410.64.

It's Google, YouTube has been broken for months, in numerous ways, however they keep changing things and adding features and not fixing the core system.

Video's wont work sometimes, you can embed a video to get round age restriction, it's also how views stop at 301 until it can catch up, its taken them ages to just put a '+' in after it.

I've had this on and off for the last month or so - in both firefox and IE (only used for testing) - sometimes if refresh the page a couple of times or drop the quality and click ahead (and then put it back to the desired quality) it will work. Sucks.
