Youtube suddenly stopped working in Firefox.

Youtube has suddenly stopped working in firefox, but works fine in IE.

The section where the video should be is just plaing white, any clues what the prob could be?

Flash plugin missing?
Any other sites that rely on Flash work? about: plugins should also have a whole load of entries for Flash.

Everything else seems to work okay, but I just went on ufc.83.com and it kinda just froze at 82% and didn't respond to any other input, then on IE the above website worked fine.

Yup! Rebooted router and computer.

Running Vista HP 32bit, if it matters.

Clear the Firefox cache (Tools -> Clear Private Data), and try Firefox's Safe Mode.
What about my about: plugins suggestion - do you actually have Flash installed in Firefox?
What Firefox version are you using?
