If anyone can find a video of the part in Fairly Odd Parents where the download goes "1%, 0%, -1%, -2%" I would be most appreciative. A .gif would do but a video would be amazing. Looking at Wikipedia makes me think that the episode the clip is in is called "Information Stupor Highway"

in 1997 i walked into a pub in kidderminster and they had what i can only describe as a 'filler' video playing on the tv when there was no music playing, it looked like it had been shot in the early 90's or late 80's.

this video is it's modern equivalent.
