Yeah they hate having stuff on their body, one of my parents' cats had to wear a jacket for a couple of weeks because he'd scratched the injection scab on the back of his neck and taken a chunk of skin off with it. The first few days he was not impressed at all, instead of walking normally he'd slither around on the floor, dragging himself along!
