Agreed, I think the main think that's frowned upon is bragging about what you've even tho it's illegal
EG: "zomg ive just done 5 *** of *** and didnt die im so amazing!"

As the old one was too large to administer and people had starting ignoring it and posting stuff anywhere we're restarting it. The other one was stale and boring.
As ever we'll be merging stuff in here if posted elsewhere. If you see this or you see duplicates in here please RTM them and we'll do what we can to sort them out.
