This should do it:
Had a pop at Black Ops II Hardcore mode for the first time, at first i hated it, but i soon picked it up. The in game montage thingy video maker mabob is pretty decent too.
The game picked out these frags and recorded them automatically, a 13 killstreak in there without the use of any scorestreaks

I take it you don't need to aim in BO2 and just shoot in the general direction to get kills?

Most likely the replays acting up. These things aren't always exact replication of actual games.
